HAMMERMILL AND GRATES
- 36" diameter x 61 3/8” hammermill with 36" tip swing 25 1/2" diameter rotor.
- (18) 1 3/8" rotor plates on 8 3/8" diameter rotor shaft with 5 3/16" Dodge bearings.
- (8) 2 1/4" hammer retaining rods
- (18) 2" thick balanced T-1 steel fixed teeth insert holders equipped with (18) 2 1/2" wide double-edge replaceable carbide teeth inserts.
- Three sections of 1" thick wear form steel heavy duty hexagon grates.
DISCHARGE SYSTEM
Two hydraulically driven aggregate grade belt conveyors, (1) 48" belly belt onto a 36" wide stacking conveyor with hydraulic fold for transport. Stacking height 16' 6".
